In addition, since 2019 I am part-time Lecturer at the Telecommunications and Systems Engineering Department of Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). My courses encompasses computer science and electrical engineering,​ and include the following: operating systems, computer networks, wireless communications,​ embedded systems and microelectronics,​ among others.  So far I have published over 30 papers in high impact journals and conferences,​ and I have co-authored 7 international patents related to embedded systems and wireless communications. In 2014 I received the 2nd Best Demo Award at IEEE INFOCOM conference for the work “Demonstrating Low-Power Distributed Queuing for Active RFID Communications At 433 MHz”. In 2017 I also received the 2nd Best Demo Award at IEEE SENSORS conference for the work “Wireless PID Control of a Thermal Process using an Ultra-Low Cost LWIR camera”. So far I have published over 30 papers in high impact journals and conferences,​ and I have co-authored 7 international patents related to embedded systems and wireless communications.
